Here at The Donkey Den the safety of our students is of the greatest importance, ensuring they feel listened to and that they have a voice.

 

We aim to ensure that students feel they are able to confide in our staff and that any concerns they raise will be taken seriously, and dealt with accordingly.

 

Our strict safeguarding policy ensures that all staff are enhanced DBS checked, have further safeguarding training regularly and adhere to the safeguarding process, reporting and recording any concerns, no matter how big or small.
